Mica was relieved to see that David had not returned home from work when she went back to the mansion as she was looking exhausted and felt like she smelled of blood. She made sure to sit away from other people in the bus on her way back to David's mansion and was thankful too that David had shown her how to open the door.
Once inside the mansion, she quickly took off the clothes she had on and washed them thoroughly, making sure to scrub the clothes properly with her hands so that she did not make any mistakes in leaving any trace of blood on the clothes, although she planned on burning the clothes later, but she would do that at her place away from David's mansion to avoid being questioned, after that, she scrubbed her body as well in order to erase every smell of blood.
