Karen suddenly opened her eyes, awakened by the sound of the buzzer accompanied by the wailing sounds of the word, "Fire, Fair!" by prisoners that filled the air.
"Fire!" Karen exclaimed, quickly jumping out of her bed, now fully awake. She had slept off after agreeing with Emilia that they would both stay awake in other not to be taken unaware by the warden regarding her plot with Mica to set the prison on fire, cautious of Aaron's warning.
"Oh no, it's happening already," Karen muttered frightfully as she saw the prison burning and prisoners wailing from fear of the fire as well and trying to save themselves.
Karen turned to Emilia's bed to see if she was asleep but found that she wasn't lying on her bed. She panicked and turned towards their cell gate a little blinded by the flames
