Cory arrived at the office with ample time to check her email before Ashley’s appointment. She had a hunch that she would hear from Ben in a disguised form, but first she’d call Betty. Again, Betty didn’t answer. Cory became alarmed. Betty had showed enthusiasm for a spa date and promised to confirm a time, but hadn’t. Cory left her a message: “Don’t worry me, Betty.
