PHANTASM: VOYAGED TO THE WORLD OF MAGIC

PHANTASM 4

When jerk said that the sacred mountain was south of the village and was near; I believe him and followed eagerly but now I want to choke him to death.

We've been walking for ages but I'm not seeing any mountain. I was only seeing consecutive trees and bushes but there's no hint of a mountain or some traces left. My feet hurt, I want to strangle him. Argh! Seriously, is he lying to me?! I'mma punch that handsome face of his. I don't care if I won't be able to see that face again, I'm exhausted and hungry. Grrr.

“Hey jerk are we not there yet?” I sound peeved but I don't care I'm tired. Grr, I want to bite his neck. It feels like my legs are going to break apart from my body.

“We're already close. Keep your mouth shut. It's annoying.” he was walking casually. Doesn't he feel tired?

He was walking ahead me, of course he was the one leading the way, and I'm following him behind. Argh! I want to slit his throat. I'm becoming a murderer because of this jerk :)

“Fudge! You've already said that earlier. You keep saying that for sev-” he raised his right arm gesturing me to quiet down. He halt midway, I stopped a foot before I hit his back. I knitted my brows. I'm freaking tired if this was a prank. I'mma kill him already.

“Why did you st--”

“Shut your mouth. You're too loud. Try to feel your environment. You dumbo! I think someone is tailing us.” I froze up. Jerk positioned his hand on his sword.

Wait, don't tell me. Is this like the movie I've watched recently. Is this an ambush? Like someone will barge out of the bushes then suddenly attacked us?

Elizalde move towards the bush right beside us and put his sword in front of him while walking slowly.

“Who are you? Show your self!” he shouted on the bush. The bush whishes. I was taken a back.

“Sword Magic: Sword of Con--” he was cut off; something jump out of the bush.

“Rabbit? Pfft, rabbit. HAHAHAHAHA.” It scares my guts. What the heck. I almost peed my pants for I was thinking the scene to the movie I've watched. I'm imagining too much. f**k self.

Jerk returned his sword to its scabbard. I was rubbing my tummy for laughing hard and wipes the tears in the side of my eyes. I sighed.

“Come here cutie bunny.” I grab the bunny and carried it up. I caressed its head. Kawaii~

“AHHHH!” I threw the bunny away when it showed me its fang. Crap, how can a rabbit have a fang? I was deceived by its cuteness. I'mma comfort myself huhuhu.

The rabbit whoop. Seriously, how can a rabbit cry loudly? This world is fascinating.

“Loud, what did you do?” Jerk looks worried and at the same time pissed.

I looked at him. “I was startled by its fang, so I accidentally threw the bunny away.” What is he worried about? I wonder.

'f**k,' he murmured.

“We better go away right now, immediately. Crap!” he grabbed my hand and started to run.

On the bush where jerk pointed his sword earlier, I know something was moving or maybe someone. The leaves were impelled and grass was in motion. Or maybe it is just the wind dancing with it. Stop thinking too much.

I faced jerk. “Why are we running now. I'm tired.” I removed his hands away from mine and stops running. I was tired walking then he will suddenly run. f**k him!

“You made the Rabbino's baby cry. The rabbit you threw has a mother and for sure the mother will come and pursuit us for making the baby cry.” he said calmly.

“Eh? Why didn't you say that immediately? Grr!” I calmed myself down. We were about to run when we heard loud footsteps rushing towards us.

'Curse you loud! f**k! f**k!' he grabbed my arms again and started running.

I saw a half rabbit and half kangaroo beast chasing us. It was about 5 ft tall; the height of an average human. We turned left, right and even do a zigzag but still it's futile. It can cope up with our pace. Panicked arises to my system.

Fuck, how can it run so fast even if it's big? We are dead meat now.

I collapsed to my knees because of too much exhaustion. I've cursed myself. Why now? Jerk turned his back and goes back towards me. He looks worried and at the same time panicked. I was mesmerized by his reaction. He can be really soft sometimes. It's cute hihihi.

“LOUD! CAN YOU HEAR ME?! f**k, I SAID HIDE BEHIND THAT TREE.” I was snapped back to reality because of his shout. s**t, I daydreamed again. I almost forgot that a huge angry rabbit was chasing us. I tensed up and immediately abide what he said.

“TSK! Loud, foolish, clumsy woman; involving me to her own stupidness!” I heard before I reached the tree he was pointing. If it wasn't for that huge rabbit, I'm gonna punched his face hard. He was getting on my nerves :) How dare him insult me huhuhu. I need to burn down his mouth. It's too harsh. Grrr!

I peeked behind the tree. Jerk stood up in the middle of the path. Is he making himself a decoy for me to fled away? What a mighty hero, is he? Psh... Rub that rubbish! If it was him of course he won't dare to make himself a decoy; He was probably tired of chasing and running away, so he'll face it head on. And prolly I'm just a nuisance to him that's why he let me hide here. AFTER ALL I'M A CLUMSY, STUPID, LOUD WOMAN! TSK, JERK! My middle finger salutes him. I rolled my eyes.

The rabbino was near I can feel the ground shaking already. Meanwhile, jerk was still in the middle of the way looking unfazed. Elizalde's bravery could be really admirable sometimes but his arrogance? Argggggh! I can't handle it.

Jerk was with his usual face being stoic. He was unbothered by the beast presence while me I'm trembling inside just by the look of it. What's more if I'm the one facing it, I'll die on the sight... I'll be eaten by nervousness, I'll die because of it.

The rabbino rush towards him, and he did the same thing, he dashed towards it. He grabbed his sword's handle and removed it from the scabbard then pointed it in front.

“Sword Magic: Piercing Strike!” I heard him say.

They've clashed in the middle making a sound of splash. Their impact made a strong gust of the wind. I covered my face because of it.

I heard a bang in front of the tree where I'm hiding. What the heck-- I found jerk slammed on the tree. He stood up immediately.

“f**k, it can even use magic.” He wiped the blood on the side of his lips and goes back in the middle.

Hissed… hissed... hissed...

“Sword Magic: Sword of Conviction” he raised his sword and it creates a duplicate which is bigger than the original and strike towards the rabbino. The rabbino creates stone wall and throws earth spikes towards jerk.

Elizalde leap to the right, evading the rabbino's attack. He raised his sword up to the sky.

“SWORD MAGIC: RAIN OF THOUSAND SWORDS.” Light flashed in the sky emerging tons of swords floating in the air. It all pursuit the rabbino but it was able to evade all of it. It rushes towards jerk trying to hit with its hard head but Elizalde was fast to move. He was able to jump away out of his place.

Crap, it feels like I'm watching a live anime. Acckkk! Elizalde look cool by fighting that beast alone. O. M. G.

“SWORD MAGIC: HAZE OF SWORDS.” Jerk moves very fast I can't see him clearly. It feels like there's a mist deceiving your eyes. The rabbino was confused where he'll going to attack.

“SWORD MAGIC: SWORD CONFINEMENT.” Four big swords sprung up to the ground emitting light that binds the enemy. It's like a rope tied down to rabbino's hands and feet. It was now immobile. Jerk appeared in front of the beast.

“SWORD MAGIC: PIERCING STRIKE!” He dashes straight to the beast heart, ending its life. Elizalde put back his sword to its scabbard.

I moved out to the tree where I'm hiding and headed to jerk.

“Are you okay, jerk?” I pat his back.

“I'm fine.” He rubbed the wound beside his mouth.

“Let's find a place for the night. It will get dark soon. Let's continue our journey tomorrow.” He added. He looks tired. Maybe using magic drains his energy. I'll abide him for now and I won't argue with him. I think he's really cool even though it was for his self but I'm thankful to him.

After all, he saves me for the second time.
