CHAPTER THIRTEEN
On the Southern Plains, Madeleine soon realised they were getting very lost. Everything looked very similar. She thought they were heading towards Azuro, but then she lost all certainty of their direction.
“Do you know where we are going?” asked Hilary.
“I thought I did,” replied Madeleine.
“I think we are lost,” said Princess Candera.
“We should have asked for a map from the Dwarves,” said Madeleine.
“I am not sure they would have a map of the surface,” said Princess Candera.
“What are we even hoping to do here? We are only here because we couldn’t stand the Dwarves,” moaned Hilary.
“We are looking for allies for the fight,” said Madeleine.
“..or somewhere to hide from Diablo?” said Hilary.
“It may come to that. But if we can help, we will,” said Madeleine.
