CHAPTER SIXTY-FOUR
Trelio, Kolan, Vifal and Gorf arrived at a clearing just to the north of the River Falls. They discovered Stephanie lying on a bed of leaves being tended to by a Dark Elf.
“Who is this?” asked Trelio pointing at Joycos.
“This is Joycos. He has been helping me,” said Stephanie.
“What happened to you?” said Kolan.
“I found the Dark Elves with the key, but Talomere ambushed us and took it,” said Stephanie.
“So, Diablo was never freed?” said Trelio.
“No. Talomere thinks he can free Diablo and control his power,” said Stephanie.
“Is that possible?” said Vifal.
“I don’t think so. Those stupid Hayland Crows came here and thought I was Diablo, so I sent them to try and stop Talomere from inserting the key in the lock,” said Stephanie.
