Queen Agatha cleared her throat.
“In the early times, there was nothing except the Elves and the Penguins. The Elves discovered many magical items that seemingly had been left around the world. The Penguins discovered portals to other worlds and some even settled in them,” said Queen Agatha.
“One of the Elves was me, or so I am told,” said Kalos who had been listening in to the conversation.
“Indeed, you were there, brother Kalos. In fact, you were the one who discovered the Cup of Life, an ordinary-looking stone cup with tremendous power. Those who drunk from the cup were healed of all wounds and became young again,” said Queen Agatha.
“But there was a problem, or so I am told,” said Kalos.
“Yes. I’m getting to that,” said Queen Agatha.
