Becoming Alpha

The next couple of days we buried my mother and father in the alpha grave yard. My grandmother the fairy queen and grand father the fairy king came to the funnel and stayed to help.I was sworn in as alpha that week also. That was the hardest and worst week of my life. Zoey cried all the time wanting mom and dad, at night I calmed Zoey down by letting her sleep in my bed with me. I'm a 16 year old hybrid alpha with a 5 year old to raise and a pack to run plus I still have to finish high school. This is my last couple of months of high school, I'm graduating early like most alphas. It's hard not having my parents there at my graduation, the beta and gamma family were there and Zoey and grandparents but I miss my parents.  I had plan to go away for college , but not now I will do online college. Business is my major so I can run the packs businesses and keep money coming in for the pack. My fathers beta William is staying beta till Sam is 18 years old. Sam has decided to do online college with me to help with the pack.

I'm sitting down with my grandparents and beta family to decided how the everyday things are going to be taken care of. William will run the pack businesses till I finish college. Sam will be the beta to the pack and finish college, Beth Sam's mother will help me with Zoey. I will finish college and run the pack and raise Zoey my self. My grandmother tells me if I need any help to call them. Grandmother will stay queen of fairies till I have a son that's an alpha or Zoey mates with an alpha to run the pack. She wants me to learn the fairy laws and be ready to be king But I'm not starting till after college. At least with the plan everything is running smoothy, Zoey is a little difficult she wants to be by my side everyday. I love my little sister but me being alpha I have work to do.

The next few years go by quickly Sam and I are 18 years old and Sam is becoming my beta this week. Zoey is now 7 years old and still a hand full, but she going to school and has lots of friends being the alphas sister. Sam and I still have not found are mates. Ava is 17 turning 18 his week and hope to find her mate, we are throwing her a pack party. Sam and I are also looking for a new gamma so Ava's dad can retire. I also need a new head warrior and a delta. My father didn't have a delta but I decided to add one because our pack is one of the largest 1500 members. I'm also having the alpha house redone with more rooms, I want to house the head warrior, delta, gamma, beta and alpha family in one house. In the passed it was just the gamma, beta, and alpha family. The new plan for the alpha house is four floors, bottom is community area , second floor is head warrior and delta rooms, third floor is gamma and beta rooms and top floor is alpha's. Each room is a mini apartment. Zoey lives on the alpha floor with me but spend her time with Ava or Beth the beta's wife.

I'm also going to have a new warrior's house build. The warrior's house is just for unmated warriors. The pack house's are being clean and remodeled and a few more homes and being build for family who want their own home. Are pack numbers just keep climbing, my father Drake was a loved alpha and lots of people say I'm just like him. Most people don't know he was only my step-father. Sam and I have been working on a list on candidates for head warrior, delta and gamma. Today I found the head warrior, Marshal is the best fighter I have and He spends his extra time train others with out being asked. Today he stood up to another warrior for bulling an omega. Marshal didn't know I was watching from afar. Two more spots left to fill. I keeping an eye on my top warriors. I have two warriors in mind for and delta and gamma positions, Micheal and chadz to warriors I trust very much. 

It's almost 6pm and time to get ready for Ava birthday party with the pack. Me being the alpha can't be late, I'm dressed in my dark jean and brown dress boots and a black v-neck tee that shows off my tattoos on my arms. I meet Sam at the door ready to escort Ava to her party at the Largest pack house. As we walk into the party Sam and I already have to deal with the she-wolves that want to be are mates for power. Sam and I decided to stay a way from all she-wolves we only have one night stands with humans It makes it easier, and our wolves don't care. 

By 7pm most of the wolves in the pack are at the party. Ava is walking around talking to everyone and I notice Micheal is acting worried like something is bothering him. I walk over to talk to him and see what's going on. Talking to Micheal I still don't know what's going on till Ava walks or and hugs me and thanks me for the party then she looks over at Micheal and their eye meet. Next word out of Ava's mouth is mate and Micheal said the same thing. Well now I know who will be my gamma with Ava's father being the pass gamma and Micheal already was in the running for it, that just leaves chadz as my delta.
