Chapter 39 “Where there is anger, there is always pain underneath.” {Rosie’s POV} I’ve seen madness before. I heard shouts, glasses breaking, things hitting each other, people crying. I’ve seen my parents throw hurtful words at each other. I’ve seen my father blame my mother countless times, and her, begging for him to stay, to make things work between them, just for my sake. That’s madness. But I’ve never seen myself succumb to that madness before.
