“What kiss?” I ask desperately trying not to meet his eyes.
“Don’t play dumb with me, it sure isn’t a good look on you, that I can tell you”
“I have no idea what you are talking about”. I retort.
Jess has told him everything he needs to know, so I do not know what else he wants to hear from me.
I was about to answer these exact same words before it finally dawned on me what really he was trying to achieve.
