Regina glanced in the mirror to check her appearance.
'Oh no. I'm a mess!' Despite the waterproof makeup, it was still smudged, and her eyes were red and swollen. She couldn't go out like that.
She tried to fix it as best she could, luckily she had brought some makeup with her and managed to make herself presentable.
She took deep breaths and called out to all the saints in heaven. She tried to prepare for the worst and hope for the best, and left the bathroom, determined.
