CHAPTER THIRTY-TWOThat guilt, it’s a tricky little beast. It can be subdued and replaced with another emotion to keep it at bay. Justifications for not feeling that way can be made all day, every day and three times on Sunday. Guilt is guilt is guilt. Once it rears its little head, regardless of how minor that feeling may be, it is there. It only shows up when warranted, there’s no room for it if it doesn’t exist.
