King jesse:blessed his son prince jasmine after the prayer he took a bow and left to his chamber where he took some of his things that he needed mostly to look like a commoner as he as already disguised himself. He went back hugged and kissed his father and mother and bid them goodbye, his mother began to shed tears

Queen tacha: began to smile as she began to wipe her tears,darling you are so funny as she went closer and hugged him

The prince had already set out for his journey where he disguised himself like a farmer who does menial jobs to survive as he went into the west province wandering about.After some time he became thirsty and hungry as is water and food were already exhausted he was already staggering until he came across three ladies returning from the market

Hey said prince jasmine excuse me ladies

Prince jasmine:sorry to stop your movement but I am a total stranger in this town I came in yesterday night and I already finished my water and food I can see that all of you are just returning from the market can you help me with little food ,please help a brother am just a farmer doing menial jobs to survive

Eve:Hey farmer you look so horrible like a drunk,wait what do you expect us to do dance or jump or clap for you for being a farmer please excuse me.I have no food to waste for a guy wasting in abject poverty

Prince jasmine:immediately shook his head as he tried to adjust himself cause he couldn’t believe what he was hearing at that moment

Rose took prince jasmine to her house,where she gave him food and water

Rose:It’s a long story as rose began to sob and narrate .My parents were being maltreated over something they knew nothing about,my brother was killed same as my father and my mother. I decided to run away from the kingdom after the incident so I went to the hills to hid myself unfortunately luck wasn’t on my side I was caught and my father’s friend who plotted the evil told the people that I was a witch that I should be punished for bewitching my family

The people decided to banish me

Prince jasmine:Wow that man must be a deadly man

Rose:He’s so callous and am waiting for that faithful day I will gather momentum to roar like a lion,then I will visit my kingdom

Prince jasmine:what the name of your kingdom

Rose:Never mind

Chapter 3

It was already 5:am as rose was already up doing some house chores after some minutes she came back to the spot where prince was lying down as she began to soliloquies

Rose: oh my goodness this guy he’s so cute ,where is he from and what’s his mission in this kingdom

What if he’s among the spy sent by my father’s friend hummmm..... no I don’t think so ,Jasmine can’t hurt a fly talkmore hurting a human being

Wish I can be his girlfriend I have forever prayed to God to give me a guy who is strong,bold and nice as she was lost in thought she never knew when prince jasmine woke up .prince jasmine then held her shoulder she immediately jumped up from the place she was sitting

King Jesse in his court having a deep thought

Oh my son ,the only apparent to the throne oh the god of my forefathers keep him safe and bring him back safely,if anything should happen to him I will definitely kill myself cause I won’t sit and watch someone take over my throne

After all the blood i spilled oh no my hard work for this throne can never be in vain, now am down with cancer and I have just few months to live .

Queen tacha: Darling you are here I have been looking for you I even went to your chamber to look for you yet I couldn’t find you

King Jesse:yes I decided to come to the balcony were I can have a proper view of my kingdom,my queen this life is too short

Prince Jasmine got his things ready to leave Rose house

to study medicine and that was the last I saw him before then we were just teenage lovers

Prince jasmine:oh no,this can’t be rose What are you saying ,Wait a minute do you realize that Jesse is my father and am his son

Rose:What!!!

Chapter 6

Rose :did I hear you say a sorcerer.when it’s obvious that your father Jesse killed my father,on that party day the king golden shoe he had prepared to wear for the occasion was missing and his wife golden bracelet was also missing so the king had to stop the party, for it was a royal insult for the kings item to be missing on the day he needed it most.

So Jesse your father and the sorcerer went and told the king they knew where he could find those missing items and they asked the king to make a decree before anything could be done and he asked them to behead anyone found guilty and anyone trying to stop them

So the sorcerer used his magical powers to invoke those items into my parents room and immediately they went for the search,they saw it and that was how a whole captain was humiliated.The king couldn’t help but cry since he couldn’t reversed his words cause he knew something was wrong and it was not my father.My brother on the other side was trying to stop the sorcerer and Jesse but because of the kings degree he was beheaded along side with my parents

Immediately tears began to flow from her eyes

So I didn’t have any option but to flee to somewhere were nobody could find me and I changed my name from Lenora to Rose what about you?

Prince jasmine:when I came back as the new crowned prince I was ask to change the name Angeleo to bear the name jasmine

Rose:Yes I heard it that few weeks later the king died of cardiovascular disease and after a week your father was made king with the help of the sorcerer

Prince jasmine:sorry my princess am sorry just that this world is too small. I am not my father,we can still be together if you still want can’t you see fate really want to bring us together

I came in here disguised cause I was searching for true love and my bride to be

Chapter 6

In king Jesse palace stewards began to engage in different activities as it is said to be the happiest day in the palace as the king is overwhelmed

Queen tacha:Yes my king

King Jesse : call all the stewards and ask them to assemble themselves in a jiffy

Queen tacha:Yes my king.As she walks out to call the stewards after a while all of them ran to the kings chamber

King Jesse:As you all know today is a great day as the prince is on his way back with his bride to be . I want all hands on desk you all should make sure you go to your various departments and ensure you carry out your task

Make sure you get the prince robe ready also kill the fattest cow as we all are going to merry,the chefs should cook different of meal because I will be expecting different calibers of men of hierarchical standard .Is that all understood

The stewards all answered yes sir

Queen tacha:Awnnn my king you have done well let me go and supervise them

King Jesse:tell them to get more wine for my guest and ensure that the hall is clean

Queen tacha:Hahahaha have heard you,you just taking this things seriously

The king stood up from his chair went to his closet and said some prayers to his god and for making him witness this day that is going to be a memorable day in his life

Different personalities began to enter the palace the king and his beautiful wife were already sitting down on their throne as they smiled at the faces they saw immediately the royal m.c came into limelight

Prince jasmine and rose were already closer when rose called jasmine and asked him to stop and listen as the voices from the palace was echoing towards their direction

Prince jasmine:wow so father threw a big party Awnnn that man will never cease to amaze me ,he will be surprise to see you

Rose:Did you just say surprise to seehis enemy ,jasmine I am your father’s enemy and I will die if he eventually finds out that am the one

Prince jasmine:just believe that fate has brought out together I won’t let my father touch you again if he does then we will fight.we will definitely fight for our love.we should decide for ourselves and not allow people to decide for us,they have lived their life now it’s our turn for us to live our life

Rose: am not really strong to do this I can’t do this

Prince jasmine:Yes you can just say you can.Rose say you can......as he screamed

Rose :decided to breathe in and out to calm our nerve then she gathered momentum as she screamed out loud “I am a fighter I am back to possess my territory ,my late father’s territory.The rightful heiress .If they call for peace I give them peace and if they call for war I give them war. I am a lioness...........

Rose was already energized as she increased her speed as she rode her horse

Chapter 8

As the prince got to the palace the stewards ran to the king and told the king that the prince was back with his bride

The Mc stood and said all hail our wonderful prince one who has not defaulted in anyway,one who has brought blessing to this kingdom .Everybody stand on your feet as we welcome our prince and the new bride to be.

Immediately everybody stood on their feet and began to hail the king

Long live our prince

Long live the son of the soil who has taken away shame from our kingdom

The prince was so amazed at the things the people were saying as he marched down to his seat that was officially kept for him and rose sat beside him

The king was so amazed at seeing rose and he bided his son to marry her quickly as she was beautiful like the morning sun

King Jesse:Son your bride is so beautiful why don’t you officially make her your wife now ,then later my stewards will take her brideprice to her people

Prince jasmine smiled as he’s silent prayers we’re already working

So he went back to his seat took rose by his hand as he walked to his father as he’s father gave him his royal blessing and they automatically made Rose his wife

Rose was so super happy

Tongues began to wag round about the prince wife and how beautiful she was.In the kings palace they were enough food to drink and enough wine to drink and the celebration continues until they were light out and everyone returned to their various home

Chapter 9

5days later after the wedding,the queen had gone to rose room to inform her about the feet washing ritual which was mandatory for all individuals living in the royal palace as to prevent enemies harming them.the sacred feet touching was seen as protection against evil

Rose had agreed as she went into her wardrobe to chose a royal outfit for herself,then she wore a beautiful red gown that was sleeveless

Then she came down to meet her husband as he was already waiting for his father and mother to conduct the feet washing.

As the king was coming down stairs ,he then stared at Rose back which was open then he saw a mark on her back which signaled something to the kings brain

King Jesse:oh my goodness sake am doomed could it be what am thinking is this not Lenora the daughter of Fredrick but how come she’s answering Rose and not Lenora could it be she changed her name just like my son changed his

The king anger grew no bound as he roared like a lion even his wife became confused as she couldn’t tell the exact thing that pissed her husband off

King Jesse:where is that devil,where is that daughter of a beast whose mission is to destroy my royal home and take away my kingship ,he was still roaring as he was coming downstairs

The king goes downstairs and grabbed rose on her neck ,you devil I remembered vividly that I was the one who inflicted this mark on your neck,you think I won’t recognize you Lenora so you decided to deceive my son by changing your name to rose you daughter of a beast

Everyone was bewildered as stewards ran into the room to watch the drama that was unfolding itself

Prince jasmine :Father take your filthy hands off my wife you should be grateful we didn’t spill any of your secret or you think I don’t know how you accused and killed her father not just that you also killed her only brother and mother and now you have the impetus to confront her .Awnnmm now I understood you perfectly so father you also want to kill but sorry father you are doomed is either you ask for her forgiveness or you get ready for war

Queen tacha:please just tell me you didn’t do any of these accusations laid upon you

King Jesse:Son I can see you grew a lot of winks that’s making you talk to me anyhow but I assure you am going to trim them off .I did that because I wanted the best for you but you have to let her go

Prince jasmine:over my dead body will I let her go,I lost her the first time and I already promised myself not to loose her the second time

Rose:I am ready to dare the mouth of the lion ,I am ready for war

The king then ordered his stewards to behead her

Chapter 11

No way said prince jasmine you can’t take her away

Immediately the king brought out his magical sword placed on rose face she immediately turned into a dragon .

As everyone in the palace began to run helter-smelter except from the king

The prince began to chase the dragons but couldn’t get hold of the dragon

He immediately used his magical watch to track the location of the dragon and flew to where the dragon was and held it close to himself as they journeyed back to the greatest sorcerers house.The greatest sorcerer of all who had and knew how the magical powers came to be

Prince jasmine: please,please sorcerer help revive my wife she’s all that have got in this whole world

Sorcerer Ben:it’s wouldn’t be an easy task as you have to try your luck,your father has a great sorcerer who gives him magical powers

For you to restore your wife you have to steal your father’s magical sorcerer book by so doing she will be free

Prince jasmine: is that all I will be leaving tonight to the sorcerer place when he must have gone for his consecutive meeting to enable me carry out my plans well

Sorcerer Ben: well said my son just rest and take care of your wife

Prince jasmine: I can’t believe my father can actually turn my wife into an animal that shows how heartless he is

Sorcerer Ben: it’s okay my prince your wife will be well again

As the sorcerer served them food they ate and slept off

Chapter 12

At midnight the prince had already mapped out his plans and tactics he was going to use for the success of his journey.

Hours later he arrived at the sorcerer house and found that the sorcerer was already communicating with the spirit he immediately took his magical book and disappeared with it

Prince jasmine got back and handed the book over to sorcerer Ben and he immediately withdrawn the kings power and that of the king sorcerer which made them became powerless

When he was done with it he went straight to the dragon he touched the dragon head and it turned to rose

Rosel thank you for saving me

Prince jasmine:Thank you for saving my wife

SorcererBen:You are welcome,now all the power you need is in your possession,as I speak to you your father and his sorcerer are powerless

You can now go back to your palace and claim what’s yours

Rose danced in joy as she couldn’t believe that she was well again

Rose and prince jasmine decided to go back to the palace to see the kings reaction

Chapter13

The king sorcerer had visited the king to make complaints about the missing magical book which lies their power

Sorcerer:king we are highly doomed I couldn’t find my magical book and without that book you won’t be able to exercise your authority as the king of this kingdom

King Jesse:you can’t be serious are you saying the magical book is missing,how and why

Prince jasmine walked in majestically with his bride rose

King Jesse: Rose you are well again how come?

Prince jasmine yes she’s well again I stole the sorcerer magical book

King Jesse :became angry brought out his sword and pointed it out to his son but nothing came out of it

Prince jasmine began to laugh uncontrollably at his father Hahahahahah

The father knew he’s time and that of the sorcerer were up

Immediately he fell at his knees and began to ask for rose forgiveness

One of the steward ran and told the queen what was happening she rushed out and also join the king to ask for rose forgiveness

King jasmine:Am sorry my daughter,please forgive me I did what I did out of jealousy and am ready to give you my entire kingdom

Rose:Began to cry as her heart began to melt towards the king and she has asked to king to stand to his feet with the queen

After a while the king made a loud noise he slumped and died of cancer

Rose and jasmine cried as the king couldn’t spend little time with them

The kings burial was fixed and he was laid to rest

And prince jasmine was crowned king while rose crownedqueen and they lived happily ever as couple .
