"Andre, I'd like you to reconsider your relationship with Miss Jones. If you only see her as a mistress, I have no objection. But if you're going to get married, I'd still like you to find a girl with the same background as our family or a simple background."
I had expected that Wilson had approached me to discuss Emily, but I didn't expect him to be so direct. Looking at his already aging face, I seriously told him for the first time what I thought inside.
