Andre left the suburban hospital to continue his treatment at the city hospital where Hellen was located after his wounds had healed a bit so that I could take care of them both.
I would go home every day after work, make dinner and then come to the hospital. I gave the mall project back to Fiona so as not to delay the work schedule, but to my surprise, she wasn't sarcastic or blaming me.
"Emily, I've been meaning to tell you for a long time that because this job is too difficult for you, I'm going to assign it to another colleague. You take good care of your mother now, and I'll get it done in earnest."
