Emily's POV
I only heard a very small part of Emma and Dylan's conversation. I knew that Emma would agree to help Dylan because she needed money and only Dylan was willing to give her that kind of money.
But I don't know why Emma would need a lot of money, Toby's company went bankrupt but he wasn't burdened with heavy debt. Even more, Toby had saved enough money to support Bella and Emma for the rest of their lives.
Andre once told me that Toby was perfectly capable of starting another company if he wanted to and that Bella's family was more than willing to help Toby and didn't look down on him because he was broke.
Emma doesn't need to worry about money, she can even continue to live a rich life with the money Toby and her grandfather's family give Bella.
