Sienna’s POV
A couple of minutes later, my phone rang and it was George. Finally! After the odd conversation I just had with his ‘girlfriend’, I needed some clarification.
“It better be actually you this time around,” I said as soon as I picked up.
“Hey!” His voice came, lazily. “Linda told me you called.”
“What’s going on, George? What did you actually tell her that I did?”
“Look, I don’t know what Linda said but…”
“Hold on. Is she still there?” I asked, cutting him off.
“No, she went home already.”
