Unknown POV

I glance over the window and see William tangled in the sheets with Keaton. I have been watching over William for the last couple of weeks. I walk back into the shadows once I see William getting up from the bed, and onto the bathroom.

I must make my move soon or otherwise; he won’t be able to know the truth. As I’m walking back to the end of Keaton’s territory, I accidently walk past one of his guards. He charges me but I move quickly and start running. I look back and I see as he chases me tat his eyes go fogy. He most be informing his pack about the Green-Eyed Wolf. A nickname the Beta gave me. I turn my gaze back to the front only to stop dead end on my tracks. I have been cornered and I just walked right into the trap. I wait trying to figure out a plan to escape but it’s no use. I just can’t figure out a way to get out of this one.

Out of the dark a big brown wolf comes out. He is big, but not as big as me. Mhm, Keaton. “I have heard you have been giving my men some hard time” he said, and I just delivered a wolfy grin towards him. I notice that on the back there is William, ha, he learned how to shift. “I want you out of my territory” Keaton said as he stepped forward, but I didn’t bow, I never bow. “Very well, kill him” he said but as he was going to turn around and walk away, William spoke up.

“No one touches the wolf”

“What?” Keaton said as he sounded surprised that his mate interfering in the battle

“What do we do Alpha?” one of the warriors asked

“You heard your Alpha, nobody touches the wolf, bring him to the house” Keaton said

As I was brought into the house, they give me some old clothes so I could change in. The guard escorted me into the living room, where the only person that I saw and only cared for was William. But I also notice his mate looking as furious as ever. This is going to be fun.

“Give me one good reason as to why I shouldn’t kill you” Keaton said angry as he crossed his arms around his chest.

“Because your mate doesn’t want me dead” I said. I took a deep breath and just blurted out my biggest secret. “And because I’m William’s older brother” I said. I look around and I can tell that everyone is choked. But William’s faces is the one that destroys me the most. He looks lost, hurt. I notice how he takes some pretty deep breaths; he is trying to analyze what I just said. And just like that, he fainted.

William’s POV

I woke up to a comfy bed. I look around and I see Keaton pacing the room with a worried face. I feel lightheaded but I managed to get up, but not before groaning. “What happened?” I ask as I take the glass of water that is next to me in the nightstand to my lips, to drink to cold water.

“You fainted” Keaton said as he walked up to be and placed a kiss on my forehead. “Apparently your sugar was low”

“I want to see him” I say as I place back the glass of water and look dead into Keaton’s eyes.

“The hell you are!”

“I need to know if what he is saying is true” I say as I get up to look at him straight into his eyes. “Whether you show me where you are keeping him, or I will find him myself” I say as I cross my arms around my chest annoyed. He lets out a frustrated sigh, but still agrees.

As I walk into his cell, I see his on the mattress that is on the floor. He has one arm behind his head and the other one laying on his stomach. When I walk in, he loos at me and smiles. “Well hello there little brother” he said smiling. He gets up and come up to me, and once he gets closer, I can see him more clearly. He has tanned skin, black short curly hair, a scar across his nose, but most importantly, green eyes. Just like mine. I cross my arms around mt chest and clear out my throat. “I want to know the truth”

“Your mate is quite the catch, you now?” He said ad he let out a small chuckle

“I just want the truth, please!” I beg and I can see his eyes soften for a minute, but he composes himself.

“Fine, what do you want to know?” He asked rolling his eyes

“I will like to know your name”

“Name’s Matthew King” He said bowing his head down to me. “But as to how mom called me; Mat”

“We don’t share the same last name” I say, resting my case. We can’t be brothers if we don’t share the same last name, right?

“What’s your last name?” He asked curious

“Ling” I said

“That asshole!” Matthew said irritated and angry. “Your last name is King not Ling”

“That still doesn’t prove anything. I still want answers”

“What is there to say? Other than your stupid Alpha, killed our pack and family”

“I don’t believe you” I said. Alpha Rex is a lot of things, but I don’t take him for the person to destroy an entire pack.

“Me estas tocando los cojones coño, William” Matthew said letting out a frustrated sigh. “You know, wolves ask what really happened to the Royal Moon Pack, well the Alpha that you say that saved your life, was actually behind the attack of the Royal Moon Pack. He was just a pathetic Omega looking for power”

“I’m an Omega”

“No, no, no” Matthew said laughing at me hysterically, I look at him annoyed and he continues. “You my little brother, are an Alpha” he said and this time it was my turn to laugh at him.

“You my friend have had a lot of fights with wolves, I’m no Alpha and more of less your brother” I say as I cross my arms around mt chest in annoyance.

“Then answer me this… How many wolves have you seen or met, that have the same eye color as you and me?” he asked and come to think of it. I have never seen anyone with the same eye color as me. I have seen dark green, hazel, and other very similar. But never eyes as bright as mine. “That’s right, none! That my brother is the curse of the Royal family. Well more of a gird than s curse. You see only wolves born with royal blood have the gift of the green eyes”

“Fine, then tell me something that only my family will know”

“You had an imaginary friend named Liam, just like your wolf” he said, and I take a deep breath. Nobody knew about my imaginary friend named Liam.

“I believe you” I breath out, and just like that from one day to the other, I had a big brother.
