“With all due respect, I ask the council to hand my pups over. That's why I'm here.” Kade said, his voice cold.
The meeting had started about an hour ago. And it has been a tough argument. Kade didn't want to agree that the twins were dead. He kept saying they were alive and he could feel their existence.
Although he was right, I still felt like there should be no arguing with the council. I knew I would get my pups back. Just not soon. And the person? He would come out any time soon. That was the thing.
