Episode Two

“...I think you are still too young to handle all these alone. So I'm here to

take you with me to Korea where you will live afresh. Huh?" Aunt San broke the nutshell and it sounded really crazy to Eva.

"What!?"

“ Auntie!?.. I really don't want to go." Eva exclaimed in complete rejection.

"But you have to." She cooed.

“You need to."

“And I say I don't need to. I have my Nanny and all I need." Eva opposed standing her ground.

"But all I need is the absolute best for you." Aunt San argued.

"No thanks. I am almost done with secondary school. I don't need your help." Eva snapped and Aunt San

sighed heavily.

"Eva.. please.. Please don't make this hard for me. I never really got the chance to make it up to your

Mum when she was alive so I hope that you should at least give me that chance by letting me take care of you. Please Eva.." Aunt San pleaded and she broke down in tears to Eva's terrific surprise.

"Aunt..." Eva exclaimed, rushing towards her and wrapping her arms around her in an embrace.

"Oh Auntie.. please don't cry. I totally understand how you feel.." Eva pleaded as her Aunt held onto her really tight while stroking her hair.

"Eh!?.. Eva.. what did you just say?" Nanny asked in awe and Eva sighed heavily.

She knew her nanny wouldn't take the news easily but she had her mind made up already.

"Please Nanny, you will have to understand me. This could be a good way for me to feel love once

again. Aunty has my interest at heart and I am so certain about it which makes me really happy." Eva said and her Nanny sighed.

"It's just that I don't just want anything to go wrong cause I love you alot but if you are happy about going to Korea then it's fine.. you have all my love and support." Her Nanny gave in reluctantly.

" Awwn…I love you so much Nanny." Eva cooed, throwing herself in her Nanny's arms for a warm hug.

Eva stood before her mirror already dressed in her school uniform.

That day was going to be the very last day she would be spending in her high school and in Nigeria.

A sad tear escaped her eye,as it rolled down her cheek.

She really didn't want to go but she had to.

Everything was already starting to seem right.

"Wow!" Simi exclaimed as Eva broke the news to her and Bella.

"You will be leaving us all? Oh Eva.. I don't feel good about this." Bella groaned.

"Please girls. Don't make this harder than it is already. Just try to be happy for me. I am definitely going to miss you all." Eva sighed, opening her arms and they had a group hug.

"Please Eva.. don't ever forget us." Simi cried and Eva nodded sadly.

"Never would I."

"So... you will be leaving.. leaving Nigeria and..me?" Ronnie sighed and Eva's heart ached.

It felt like the pain was squeezing her heart there in her chest so bad.

"Please stay back Eva. You don't need to go." Ronnie groaned.

"I really wish I could Ronnie but.. I have no choice." Eva sighed sadly.

"You will come back right?" He asked.

"Of course. Maybe during the holidays." She assured him with a tiny smile.

He looked around the library where they were and then faced Eva as he drew close to her with his cool breath washing on her face as she stared up at him frozen in space.

"Eva... I like you. I really do but it seems as if none of my dreams would work out. I just wanted to let you know how I feel.... about you."

"... I love you Eva.." He confessed and finally pressed his lips on hers and she felt the biggest goosebumps engulf her.

Gosh!

She was getting kissed by her crush!

Her long one sided crush!

And just went she was about to leave.

It was sad but she just wanted to live in the moment.

Eva lifted her arms, encircling it around his neck as she deepened the kiss and his fingers dug into her tender waist.

His arm came up to caress her hair as he sucked on her lower lip before moving his lips down to her neck which he feathered with tiny kisses.

Eva sighed in pleasure before he claimed her lips again as they both dwelled in the hot moment.

Seizing every second of it because it was their first and hopefully…not their last.

Slowly breaking the kiss, Eva opened her eyes as her thick lashes parted revealing her heavy eyes and their gaze met with them taking in each other's breath.

Ronnie then reached for his pocket and took out something.

An anklet.

He went on a knee and began to take off Eva's right pair of shoes as she watched him, curiously while holding onto a chair for support.

He took off her stocking and took his time to fix the anklet around her ankle then he kissed her foot countlessly like it was some sort of prized trophy and it felt ticklish that she chuckled and he looked up at her.

“Sorry." She apologized with a giggle and he smiled, focusing on what he was doing.

He wore back her stocking and shoe before coming up on his feet again.

They both held gazes for a while as he tucked loose hair behind her ear.

"Don't forget me Eva.." He pleaded and briefly kissed her.

♣♣. TIME SKIP. ♣♣

Eva got into the jeep with Aunt San and in no time, they were both well on their way to the international airport.

Though Eva would be leaving Nigeria,the servants were asked to stay back and look after the house including her Nanny.

It was really hurting that she was leaving but she had to.

It was a new beginning.

For her.

Location:Seoul, South Korea

Time:7pm

"Eva...Eva..." A call and a gentle tap penetrated her deep slumber.

Huh?

Eva tiredly opened her eyes to see her Aunt standing above her.

"We are here already, come on." She urged and Eva slowly got off her seat as she felt her bones stretch and she yawned tiredly,taking her bag pack as they alighted the plane.

Just as she laid her eyes on the airport arena as she alighted the plane, Eva couldn't just believe her eyes.

Goodness!

The airport looked so awesome!

How about the city then?

Wow!

They both rolled their luggages out of the airport after being checked and Aunt San boarded a cab for them to get to the train station.

According to her,they still had an hour to get to where she lives, which wasn't actually in Seoul city.

After the train and a long car ride,the cab finally stopped before the large silver gate and they alighted as Aunt paid the man whom Eva noticed glanced at her weirdly before driving off eventually.

Hm.....

That was odd but totally the least of her worries.

All she just needed at that time was a really good meal and a comfy bed to sleep on.

They rolled the bags in with Eva following her Aunt closely and they entered a wide premises with a very beautiful mansion.

Wow!

Eva noticed that there were too many cars around.

Cars that seem to belong to different people.

Her Auntie couldn't possibly need that much number of cars even if she was the world's richest woman.

"Follow me Eva and don't wander." Aunt San ordered and they headed inside the house and that was when Eva received a shocking eye opener.

The entire house itself was super large which was quite alright but it was something else.

There was a club-like party going on inside as the lights were dim with a spotlight rotating around and her Aunt didn't even seem to care.

Where the hell did her Aunt bring them to?

She watched as many str!ppers greeted her Aunt with so much respect and Eva furrowed her brows as she instantly grew cautious.

What was going on?

She followed her Aunt as they climbed up the stairs and passed so many room doors.

Doors that tried so hard to suppress sounds that even the music blaring from downstairs wouldn't.

Moans..

And finally,Aunt San stopped before one room door which she opened and they went in.

"This is your room for the time being Eva. Tomorrow,I will settle you in, properly.” Aunt San said and Eva only watched her quietly.

She had lots of questions roaming rent free in her head but the need to lay down and sleep was more pressing.

“I will have your meal sent up.Remain here." Aunt San ordered and walked out, shutting the door hard, not giving Eva a chance to speak.

“That was weird." Eva mumbled.

“This is all weird." She scoffed and turned to check out the room.

It was way smaller compared to her room back in Nigeria.

She finally sat on the bed and her weary bones had instant rest.

Although the mattress wasn't so comfy but it would suffice.

Eva then stood up, placing her luggage box on the bed and zipped it open.

She had packed light according to her Aunt who said they'd go shopping immediately they arrive at Seoul.

Eva sighed and began to search through the box and finally took out a set of PJ then headed for the bathroom.

She had fun taking a bath and enjoyed the way the water showered on her skin as it felt so good and relaxing.

A bath she's been craving all through the journey.

It was undoubtedly the best soothing feeling she has ever had in two days.

Eva ruffled her hair as the water poured on her and all thoughts wavered to Simi and Bella.

Then Ronnie.

She sighed and turned off the shower.

After towel drying her body she tried to dress up when she heard a knock on the door.

Eva quickly tied the towel on and scurried out of the bathroom and towards the door which she first turned the locks she had fixed before she opened it.

Before her stood a lady wearing a skimpy outfit.

One could say it's way decent compared to what she's been seeing.

Why would her Aunt even allow such a party to take place in her house?

"I brought you your food." The lady said dryly like she's been forced to cater for a toddler.

Eva slowly took the covered tray reluctantly.

"Thanks." Eva muttered and the lady rolled her eyeballs making a smacking sound with a bubble gum in her mouth and walked away.

Eva stepped back, closing the door and hurried to the bed where she sat down to eat.

Stomach first then thoughts later.

Uncovering the tray and plates, she saw a meal of rice and pork sauce.

Her mouth immediately watered and she began to devour it hungrily.

Gosh!

The meal was so tasty that she literally lost her eating manners.

So people here in Korea cooked that good?

Mmh..

She knew immediately that she was in for a real treat.

Eva ate up and finally finished up her meal soon feeling so full and happy.

She then changed into her PJ and set the tray aside, laying down to sleep.

She was so tired..

The trip really had the best of her.

Tomorrow is going to be another day.

It was the dawn of a new day but still someone just didn't seem to want to let Eva enjoy her sleep as she could hear her name from her deep slumber till it became so clear.

"Eva!...Eva...!" Someone yelled her name, shaking her vigorously.

Eva groaned and blearily opened her sleepy eyes to see the face of Aunt San and she looked so upset.

“Auntie.." Eva muttered slowly sitting up on the bed.

" Good. I almost thought you were dead. Pick up your bags and follow me." Aunt San flatly ordered and Eva furrowed her brows totally confused.

What was going on?

She still felt so sleepy too that she couldn't think straight.

"Please Auntie,let me sleep some more." Eva groaned and her Aunt scoffed.

" As who exactly? The Queen of England? Get moving!" She snapped and Eva sluggishly got off the bed and reached for her bag and luggage box,following her Aunt out.

They walked out of the mansion and to the back of the house where Eva saw a bungalow..

Pretty but kinda small.

Scratch that.

Did she say pretty?

The outer part of the house looked so unkempt like it has been uninhabited for days now.

Why was her Aunt taking her there?

Aunt San pushed the creaky door open and they walked in arriving at a pretty cramped up living room and she led Eva to the corridor leading to four room doors and they stopped at the last door.

"This is your room Eva.." Aunt San said as they walked in and Eva had the biggest shocker of her life.

Wait…what!?

Was that a cubicle or what?

It would definitely pass as one because WTF!?

Eva stared at her Aunt horrified.

"What is this?" She asked and her Aunt sighed.

"Your room. You will sleep here from today. There is no bathroom here so you either bathe outside or stay filthy. I don't care either way.” Aunt San replied nonchalantly and Eva doubted if she heard her properly.

What!?

" I will give you five minutes to settle down. After your time has elapsed,report to me in the sitting room." She ordered and left.

Eva stood transfixed as shock enveloped her.

It felt like her world had started to spin, violently and it made her feel dizzy.

Eva looked around the very small room from where she stood.

All it had was a poor looking wardrobe, plastic table, chair,a rolled up duvet and pillow.

There was nothing else in the damn room.!

Was she really going to use this cage for a room with a small window?!

What the hell was happening!?

No.!

Her aunty wouldn't be serious would she?

This was definitely a prank.

It has to be!
