TEN DAYS IN PARADISE

LOVE UNDENIABLE

She arrived at the hotel Ash had booked for her which was very close to the beach . For some reason she prayed she never gets to meet anyone and still she didn't want to disappoint Ash after all her effort . She took her room key from the receptionist before she walked into the elevator since her room was on the fourth floor .

She smiled at the beauty of the hotel , it was quiet and peaceful . And what she admired more was that everyone minded their business . She was so happy to be here . She haven't even checked her luggage but Ash told her she needed not to worry that everything was intact .She started unpacking her makeup bag and bathroom supplies which were perfect and intact.

She emptied the luggage one after the other on her bed and then it came to her clothings . Shock gripped her heart at the first lingerie she saw ." oh my God ,how could Ash do this to me ."

She went on bringing out the clothes one after the other , which were all what she will never pick for herself . She buried her face in her hands in regret . If only she had checked herself but Ash kept assuring her she need not to .Ash was desperate to make her find someone before she comes back .

All the clothes in the bag have their effects , not a single one was good . She took out the swim suit which she tried on and just then she fell on the floor almost cursing Ash .

Standing at the mirror again , she could see a different woman and not herself . Her cleavage was well exposed enough , her back barely covered , her buttocks were barely covered sideways too and the worst of it was how tight it was to her body .When she wasn't doing an advert .One thing she hated most was exposing her body.This was just for today she thought before she picked out a big long jacket over the swimsuit.

Probably Ash forgot who she was shopping for . She sat on the bed again , she picked her phone to call Ash but it says the line is switched off . Ash probably switched off her phone because she knew she will certainly complain .Different thoughts went through her mind as she laid on the bed.

She should have suspected when Ash changed a lot of plans , first was her plan to go to a different beach and her other plan to an Island but Ash changed it all without even asking her until she had made all the arrangements.

Evangeline not wanting to waste time decided to spare no time on the outfit . No one knows her here and this is the more reason why she needed to build her composure . She ordered a cab online to come pick her up while she threw on a jacket over her swimsuit .Then she picked a novel she had been reading and yet to finish .

Stepping out of the room she was battling with her bag zip , trying to put a cream and some other things inside , completely unaware of her view until she bumped into a huge figure .

And before her stood a tall, broad-shouldered man, he moved toward Evangeline at the slow, steady pace of a graceful jungle cat. With his glossy black hair and pale blue eyes, He was entirely too good-looking for his own good. The two days’ worth of scruff on his well-defined, square jaw gave him a dangerous edge.

Evangeline had no problem imagining him in the Army Ranger uniform she had once described the male character in her book. She shook away the thought, and lifted up a silent prayer that he proved to be the nice type to forgive her bomping at him .

" I am sorry ." she said quietly

" Next time watch out for where you are going ." He said harshly before he took out his phone from his pocket.

She watched him walk away along with his guards hurriedly to a room not far from her floor . Her instinct wanted to respond but she didn't and her resistance to hiss out of frustration too . It just didn't matter to her anymore . All she needed to think about right now is how to enjoy the moment as Ash wanted her to .

Clint had just instructed his guards to give him space for a while as he did not want them around throughout his trip . He set up his table before he switched off his phone . He needed this space more than anything and the last thing he wanted was for people to recognise him even though people hardly know he had so many personality.

He barely liked attention either and so he grabbed his phone and dialled his secretary number . She didn't pick the first time but she called back .

" I am sorry Boss. We just left the board meeting ."

" I just wanted to inform you I will be taking no calls this week and goodbye ." he replied before he hung up .

And right now he wanted a woman around him but he didn't want to ask for his guards help nor anyone.Throughout his stay he would do all things himself and make sure he does not attract attention. He thought of calling the hotel manager but on a second thought he cleared off the thought as it will only make people question his identity.

And just then he knew where to go ,an Island this big should have pretty ladies ,changing his wear he headed straight to the only place in his mind.Not a club and not a restaurant.

Evangeline walked sluggishly on the beach after a long effort of playing around and looking at couples and some who came with their kids surprised her too . She wasn't too energetic but she felt overwhelmed with the scene . She turned around to see the man she had bumped into coming towards the beach . She immediately looked away with irritation as she wasn't ready to feel pitiful with the way she had earlier spoken to him . She packed her things quickly as she decided to leave but a hand was on her shoulder tapping her lightly .

" hello ." The deep sonorous voice greeted her mind sharply that she almost threw her things to the ground .Turning around it was the man from the hotel and this time around she wanted to die from seeing too much of his handsome face . If only his face was a trophy,she will die to have it .

" I am sorry how may I help you ?." She responded after a minute of trying to regain her composure .

" I just wanted to tell you I was sorry about the other time . I am Marcus Brentley ." he stretched his right hand forward so she could shake him which she reluctantly shook .

" I am Evangeline Rosewood,nice meeting you too ."

And then his face was right into her ,how on earth can he have such sexy body and pretty face ,this was definitely her karma of never appreciating men,but now she had an eye opener . He was all she dreamed of in men . The body and the smile he just gave her right now and all that was ringing in her head was going to bed with him.

" I hope we get along Mrs Rosewood ."

And that baffles her , she was only wearing a fashion ring and not a wedding ring and now he clearly believes she was married.

" sure ." she responded without correcting him as she believed he doesn't need to know about that part . It will make it easier for her to forget him and have no attachment with him after she accomplished what she had in mind .

" So do you stay around ."

" yes sure."she responded sharply

She did not mind lying right now as she believed he will never find her when she leaved the Island in ten days ,but before she leaves she will make the best of it and have fun like she never did . She smiled broadly as she sat on the sandy ground .

" do you mind if I join you ?."

" sure ."

"Did you come with your family ?."

" no I came alone ."she responded sharply

They spoke for a long time laughing and talking till it was getting late . She was beginning to feel the urge between them as she leaned forward to kiss him .

realising what she had just done she pulled away quickly but it was too late as he grabbed her waist and pulled her closer ,kissing her with every desire in him .

Letting out his own whoosh of air,he asked quickly" I thought you were married?" Evangeline stared at him in open terror. “I mean, you know, not completely. Let's just talk about this later .”

I wouldn't say now either,” Clint says, turning toward her and pulling her closer to his side . He leans up on an elbow and tosses her chin upward ,comes down and cups the side of her face, his brown eyes boring into hers till she broke the mood .

" we need to use the room ." she blurted out before she could realise.
