My heart was palpitating loudly in my chest as I ran endlessly through the dark corridors since my life actually depended upon it. The howling sound continued and it made my fear grew more and more until a big ball of nerves was lodged in my stomach and I was going into panic mode.
I knew for a fact that they had found out that I had escaped and now God knows how many people were on my ask hoping to catch me.
I had no idea where Demetrius was, that ******* had disappeared since I had woken up. I didn’t even know that we were close or not and I was left to fend for my own where the chances of my survival were slim to none.
