Reine’s POV
“I can still hear your thoughts Reine.” He said gruffly from beside me.
“stop. It.” I said grinding my teeth together.
He groaned and got up. “I am going to sleep in other room. You can have this one to yourself.” H said and stood up.
My eyes were wide. Did my thoughts really bother him this much?!
I watched as Demetrious left the room and closed the door on his way out. I sighed and laid back down on the bed, my eyes were open, still thinking.
I wondered if he could read my mind from a distance.
I was almost asleep when a laughing voice resonated into the room and I was jolted awake.
“who’s there?” I asked loudly, looking around cluelessly in the darkness.
“so pitiful.” The voice mocked. “I finally have you alone with me.” It said.
