I put the first bite of the food and moaned loudly, Getting the attention of everyone on the table.
“ Sorry.” I said sheepishly. “It’s been so long since I had eaten some homemade food. “ I said.
Everyone resumed their eating, So did I.
I think this is the most I had eaten since I was born. I had so much food that I could not even move from my chair; let alone walk. Everyone looked at me with surprise on their faces.
Out of nowhere my mom started to cry. My eyes wide and as I struggled to get out of the chair and rush to her.
“What’s the matter?” I asked.
“ Nothing, it’s just that you were gone for so many days. I don’t even know if you were being properly fed or not. We have yet to talk about what happened during your abduction And I am already crying.” My mom said snif
