The question came as a shocker to Vanessa, making her tremble. Her act alone had made Jesse more suspicious of her. How did Jesse know that she was with Ryan or was he just guessing?

Jesee didn't reply but stared at her face to know if she was actually acting up, but he discovered that she wasn't. He didn't know whether to tell her that he was alive but doing that will make her eager to leave the palace in search of him and he couldn't let that happen.
