Vanessa exhaled as she traipsed down the hallway. The burden of what had happened weighed on her heavily. It was no joke. She was being hunted by vampires who would have no rest until her blood quenched their thirst.
Ryan had dismissed her from the throne room when he was done with addressing her.
"Well, it seems you are in trouble again. And you leave me no choice but to sort it out. Again." He said in anger.
"Leave me for a while, I need to think." He said.
She left him not just because of his order but because if he could find a solution to this, she would be indebted to him. Having to walk around Archwood with some bloodthirsty vampires lurking in the corners waiting for her blood made her nervous.
The thought of how her life has changed just with one drink pissed her off. Vaness
