Jesse walked into the throne room the next morning feeling gay and ready to pass commands. He was going to make some changes and he didn't care if it would affect the people. He had already sent for the elders to come to the palace for a meeting and he was happy when he came in and found them sitting.
Vanessa was also seated in her corner, waiting for the announcement that he said he wanted to pass.
