Days went by quickly at the palace. The tension that kept everyone on their toes died down a bit, but not between Ryan and Vanessa.
He treated her with so much hate and disdain. He couldn't wrap his head around the fact that she cheated on him after everything that they had been through.
He was miserable, the thought of loving a woman so deeply and realizing that she is a cheap w***e broke him. To him everything that happened between them was a big lie and he felt no need to make sacrifices for any woman.
He became more temperamental as everything irritated him. He didn't hesitate to chase the guards away especially when he felt they were slow and not doing what he wanted. He rarely went out night because he would only be reminded of Vanessa whom he wanted to forget about so badly.
