"I have no choice! You're being outright wreckless, and I will not stand by and allow you to put yourself and OUR pups in a position that could very well prevent you from coming home!"
"Do you even hear yourself, Mathias? You won't allow me?" I didn't recognize the man standing in front of me, but I couldn't be in this room with him right now. Knowing he took my choice away from me hurt more than anything and I had to get away from him before I hurt him. I shook my head and walked out and headed downstairs to find my mom. It didn't surprise me that Mathias was following me, not letting me out of his sight.
