I think Zeke’s annoyed with Clay, and Wes doesn’t know how to solve all of this. It makes the situation at home a little tense and that has gotten Wes very nervous.
It wasn’t Clay who announced the potential promotion for Zeke, but Zeke himself, glaring at Clay at the other side of the table.
Zeke feels like Clay is putting him in a position that he wouldn’t be able to handle, or, more specifically, that he believes people won’t accept a young Omega like him to be in. First strike, young, second strike, Omega.
Zeke doesn’t think that people in the fifth cafe would accept him as the new manager, while Clay believes that there wouldn’t be a problem at all.
I’m not coming between them. They’re friends, and I think that they should really just sit down and talk about it
