I’m burning up inside. My body is in overdrive and I forgot how this all felt. How being in heat felt.
Ever since my first heat, I’ve taken suppressants. But with Seb around and the mess I saw my friends in when one of them went into heat unexpectedly… I thought that maybe something a little more long-term would be preferable.
So, three months ago, I had a tiny rod put into my arm, it should suppress my heat for at least twelve months. The first two months worked perfectly fine. So why not today? Why isn’t it working right?
I didn’t take any suppressants with me either, totally in this false feeling of safety because of the previous two months. f**k. I should have known better.
