Barbara made her way through the small door at the back of the lab, stepping into the resting area. The room was sleek and minimalist, with smooth, metallic walls that curved softly, giving it a cocoon-like feel. Soft, ambient lighting bathed the space in a calming blue hue. A few shelves lined the far wall, stocked with nutrient packs and protein bars, while a small console hovered in the corner, displaying various vital signs and lab stats. In the centre of the room, an oversized, ergonomically designed couch awaited her, its surface adjusted to fit the body perfectly. As Barbara sank into it, the couch moved, responding to her body’s aches and pains by gently massaging her sore waist. She sighed in relief, her muscles finally starting to relax.
