CHAPTER ELEVEN : Can I Court You? 2

On the roof.

"little kitty is all alone on this blissful day....little kitty is so lonely without his other half soulmate.... little kitty wants back his sweetheart" a lonely cat sang out.

"He came back to take you away from me...Don't you see, my dearest?" Sly sat on the ground dejectedly watching and admiring the moon.

He pointed at a star "this is you", he pointed to another star closer to the first star "and this is me".

"They look perfect together but we.....nothing, absolutely nothing".

"Why can't you see that I love you alot, you make me mad Lily?" He winced at his wounded fist but overlooked it.

"He left you but I was there for you. He chose City D over you but I chose you over my dream highschool....why are you so selfish uh, I did everything for you. I ruined two months of my life for you in the prison but what did I get . A broken heart. Was it my fault to fall in love with someone I can have?"

"Yes, it's your fault Lily's feeling useless" he heard a voice say behind him.

"What are you doing her?"

"This place is reserved for everyone" Ian explained emotionlessly

"We were fine without you here" Sly suddenly blurted out.

"I know, but I came back for her"

"Why?"this time around, his voice was louder with his blood boiling "She is mine, get it and I won't sit and watch you take her away from me . The naive Sly in the past is dead" he roared out.

"And don't you think I'll allow lily die like Gia?"

"Don't you dare bring Gia into this okay and about Lily, I'm only here to fulfill the promise I made to her?".

"What promise?" Sly asked

"To marry her"

Flashback!!!

A little girl shouted out to a young boy of her age and cried out.

"Brother Ian doesn't love me, he only loves sister pearl" the girl pouted her lips.

"Who told you that uh?" The boy asked.

"Brother Sly told me....and he never lies"she answered.

"My little princess, I only adore you alright....only you" he said pecking her cheeks.

"Promise me you'll stay with me forever and you'll never leave me..... promise me" she stared at him with her blue eyes seriously.

"Let have it this way.....I can only be with you forever when we get married like Dad and Mum. That only means I'll have to get married to you to stay with you forever, then I promise to marry you when we grow like mum and dad. Happy little princess."

"Yeeeess, we'll be together forever" she said before a thought came to her.

"Does that mean I'll also have to marry Sly too....yeeeeaaah?".

Months later.

A little girl wailed loud in a huge mansion .

"Brother Ian, please don't leave......you promised never to leave me?" She cried hugging Ian tightly.

"Let me go... I'll come back to fulfill my promise....be a good girl" he patted her head.

"Lily let him go... I'm with you....I won't ever leave you, promise" Sly said out of the blue.

"Promise!" She withdrew her body from Ian and went straight to Sly for a hug. Ian's eyes had a glint of unhappiness when lily left him.

"I promise" he said as he kissed her on the head
