CHAPTER TWELVE : Can I Court You 3

At exactly 11pm, the party ended with the guests leaving including the Coleen. On the roof, Sly and Ian made a challenge as to who would catch Lily's heart.

At the Coleen residence.

"So, how was it?" Pearl asked.

"How was what?" Lily asked absentmindedly.

"The party......hey Lily, you there....lily....lily" pearl shouted out

"What?....you scared me, you fool" lily blurted out.

"What's wrong with you.....you blacked out suddenly....did anything unusual happen at the party?".

"Do you think Sly hates me for being close to Ian?" She asked

"What the heck are you spouting out... ofcourse not?

"But I just feel Ian and Sly don't....you know since we were kids, the...".

Before she completed her words, there was a loud knock on the door. They both wondered who could be at the door at that hour. Lily went to open the door but was surprised to see who was at the door since that same person never knock on their door anymore after an incident.

"S..ly, you...... you are here" voiced out surprisingly.

"Yeah it's me.....why so frightened, were you expecting someone else?".

He turned around to leave but felt a hand on his wrist as he faced her back. She saw his bandaged palm and looked at him with a teary face.

"You yelled at me at the party" she hugged him "I'm so sorry, I shouldn't have ignored you... forgive me".

Sly cupped her face as he kissed her tear away while pearl grinned watching the dog food in front of her.

"Will you guys go get a room if you want to continue that...and close the door before you go, I have to rest my beautiful face?" She covered herself with the pink blanket "bye love.... goodnight but don't enjoy yourself too much and brother be gentle with her...you know how she is"

Sly frowned at her remark while Lily blushed hard.

"Can we talk?" He asked nervously.

"Uh....um ok but where?"

"The rooftop".

At the rooftop.

Immediately they reached the roof top after the awkward silence, Sly suddenly cupped her face and sealed his lips on hers.

Lily widened her eyes in shock and tried pushing him away bout instead, he delve into her deeper, sucking her whole. Two minutes later, he gave little pecks on her lips before finally letting her go.

"Can I Court You?" Lily who was still trying to catch her breathe after the kiss froze.

"Uh, Sly...court" she panicked.

"Yes can I...umm...be your boyfriend, can we date?".

He gawked at her beautiful blue eyes and tugged a strand of her hair from her face and placed it behind her left ear.

"Can we?"

"Um..I...I.....your hand, what happened to your palm...let me have a look at it" Sly immediately busted into a laugh as he stared at her confused face.

"You are worried for me, does that mean your answer's a yes?" He grinned.

"But I didn't say yes...I... Sly this is wrong, we are siblings......you shouldn't have kissed me, it's not right".

"We are not even 1% related by blood, how then are we siblings. If this is about Ian, I think we're done here".

"I...I.. Dad, what if... alright I agree but don't yell at me anymore, it hurts" she hugged him tightly.

"One....zero..... Ian, let's see what you'll do" he grinned inwardly kissing her neck.
