July
We're spending July 4th in America with family, and I couldn't be happier. The term flew by after the soccer season, and I’ve been dating Bryce for over a month now—he makes me so happy.
It's cold since we're in winter, though there's no snow. School officially ended yesterday and resumes on July 19th; today is the 2nd.
"Are you girls packed and ready?" Dad asks, as our flight is in three hours.
"Yeah, Dad," I nod. He'll join us in a couple of days.
"I can't believe Bryce is coming with you; you're so lucky," Avery scoffs.
Yes, Bryce is coming along. He wants to explore America for three days before heading to France to visit family, then returning just in time for my birthday.
"Our birthday is July 12th."
