One year later
I'm heading to France next month after being drafted and receiving a scholarship to a university there, starting in September. I graduated last week, just before the July break, like Avery and Donovan, who have already moved to Avery's aunt's house.
Avery and Donovan both received scholarships to Boston University for soccer, which surprised us all, especially Avery. Her father and aunt helped Donovan with his application, and the coach reached out to scouts.
Avalon and I have been together for over a year, and I confessed my love for her on our anniversary in May. She plans to start university in the spring in America; she applied to Georgetown late and is currently on the waiting list.
