MADISON’S POV
Upon arrival at the airport, I went straight to the Peninsula Hotel. Just as Chloe had told me, River was there with his wife, so I booked a room for me to stay in.
At the hotel entrance, Chloe immediately greeted me.
"My God, I miss you, Madi!" she exclaimed tearfully, hugging me tightly.
"Yeah, I miss being here," I said as I looked around the hotel. "Nothing has changed, huh?"
"Of course, and you haven't changed either; you're still beautiful," she said as we parted from the hug, and she gave me a once-over.
"Of course! So, where is he?"
