I lowered my head to glance at the face of my beautiful mate, she was breathing slowly with her lips parted. I tighten my grasp around her bringing her closer to my chest, a content sigh escape through my mouth. Even Daxton was relaxed, after spending a long day yesterday had made both of us tired. Taking all the humans out from Garrette’s pack was not an easy task, in fact there was too much threat of attack from his side. He had advantage of his territory and neighboring places, but thanks fully he did not do something foolish and we were able to take all those humans to Colton’s pack.
