Chapter Two. Reminisce.

1089 Words
Under the dark sky with sparkling stars A girl wearing her school uniform was lying on the ground covered with green and smooth bermuda grass. She's enjoying the view. A smile was plastered on her pinkish lips. Suddenly, a person appeared. The person was wearing a mask, a hooded black jacket, black gloves, and black boots. That's why he can't be determined. "Who are you?" The girl asked and got up as fast as she could. They were 5 meters away from each other. Fear was eating into the girl's system because the guy was giving her an eerie feeling. He responded with a huge laugh, his voice sounding as if it came from the deepest part of the earth. "Get away from me!" The girl shouted and ran as fast as she could away from the person who threatened her. The sky started to get dark, rain started to pour and it also started to thunder. The ground was all wet as she was. Trying to save her life, she ran toward the junior building. It was dark, so the person who was going to kill her may not see her footprints. She hid in the small room beneath the staircase, which is used for storing cleaning materials. She hurriedly locked the door and blocked it with the cleaning materials. She's shivering in fear. Her eyes started to shed tears. She's praying for her life. A minute had passed. She heard heavy footsteps coming from the hallway. The footsteps stopped in front of the storage room. She felt more afraid for her life. "God gave us life," He said and approached the storage door. The girl didn't know what to do. Her tears were still flowing, she was trembling in fear. "But," He continued, paused for a moment, and reached for the doorknob, ready to turn it. "Blood will flow and death will come." He continued and turned the door knob. It was locked and he already knew the girl blocked the door. He kicked and kicked it but nothing happened. Anger was registered on his face underneath his mask. In the last hard kick, the door opened wide. The guy grinned and laughed viciously. Shock and fear registered on the girl's face. She was trembling in fear of seeing the person who would end her life. He approached the girl and stabbed her in the stomach. He twisted the knife to make the girl feel more pain. The girl shouted in pain. She tried to escape his grasp, but she couldn't because he was stronger than she was. Even though she's feeling pain, she manages to ask a question. "W-why are you doing this?" The girl asked, but instead of receiving an answer, the girl received consecutive stabs. Her blood was spat on his white mask. When he knew the girl was already dead, he dropped the girl's lifeless body. It landed on the cold floor covered with her blood. He smiled and kneeled down. His gaze directly into the girl's closed eyes, he put down a red rose on the cold floor. After that, he stood and looked at her face again and grinned viciously. He said he was doing this to avenge his sister. "I will make Clesta Academy a graveyard," he said, and he left the crime scene like nothing happened. I woke up because of that bad dream. The girl. I couldn't clearly see her face in my dream. It was blurry. "Angel Gabriel, are you here?" I asked after sitting on the bed. There's an ivy injected into my hand. I feel pain in my body like I was stabbed. When he vanished yesterday, I blacked out, and now I woke up in a different bed again. The familiar smell, beeps, and color tell me that I'm in a hospital. In my years, there's also been a hospital, but all things here around me are modernized. I'm wondering actually because I have some knowledge about this modernizing thing. I heard the flapping of wings after I saw rays of light. He appeared behind me and walked in front of me. "I have a strange dream," I said. "Yeah, I know," he answered. "You knew," I said, with a hint of amazement. "Yes, I am an angel, right?" He asks. "Yeah right, but what does that have to do with my mission? "I know God won't let me dream that awful scene if it is nothing, "I said. "Well, Serenity, remember what I said yesterday?" He asks. "Yes," I replied. "It is connected, and I'm sure you already know," he said. "That I'll be saving the lives of the students from the vengeance of that person," I said, looking down. "Yes," he answered. "But why should I be in Louise's body?" I asked. He didn't answer my question. But how would I do that? "I'm only a girl," I ask. "Don't under estimate what you can do. Serenity, yes, you're a girl, but that doesn't mean you can't fight a man, "he answered, and vanished from my sight again. After some time of thinking, I heard foot steps coming from the door of the room. A girl in her 30's entered. She cried after seeing me sitting. She ran and hugged me tightly. She may be the mother of Louise, but why is she crying? "Oh God, I'm glad that you're okay," she said, touching my head. "Mom was so scared that you'd be gone," she said, still crying. I raised my hand so I could hug her back. I understand how she feels about her daughter. "It's okay, mom, I'm fine now," I replied. She freed me and touched my cheeks. "Yeah right, my Louise is okay," she said, wiping her tears. "I'll call your doctor, please wait here," she said before leaving. After some minutes, she arrived with a doctor. The doctor checked me, and after that, she told my mother that I was okay. He winked at me before leaving, and I saw Archangel Gabriel on him.So he pretended to be a doctor. Mom is sitting on the chair beside my bed. I'm lying on the bed now. "Louise, rest okay, you must recover fast," she said, and I nodded in my response. When I closed my eyes, I saw Louise getting stabbed by a guy. After she lost her consciousness, he left her like nothing happened. I feel like me and Louise are one. I can see some of her memories, or they are just making me see them.
