“Then let's go check it out. Ever since Alan grew, that room has been idle. He claimed he doesn't want to stay in a boyish room anymore but you are more than welcome to stay there,” Madam Jennie told Joe as she held his hand and led him out.

Joe couldn't understand most of what she's saying. He only nodded his head to what she said.

As they walked out, Jane turned to look at Elena. She wanted to hug her but was afraid that she would soil her clothes so she resisted the urge. But Elena already noticed the look on her face so she hugged her.

Jane tried to struggle out of her embrace. “What are you doing? I'm so dirty right now,” she told Elena.

Elena only smiled and said,“Then come with me. Let's get you changed into better clothes.”

Jane smiled happily and replied,“Thank you so much. I'm so grateful for what you have done.” Elena nodded and pulled her out. Few minutes later, Jane came out of the bathroom in a towel.

Elena was patiently waiting on the bed. Her jaw almost fell off as soon as she saw Jane. She stared at the flawless skin with waterdrops. It's just as smooth like a peach.

Her face looking so clean and beautiful. “Oh my gosh! Where have you been hiding this beauty?,” Elena asked Jane. Even her as a female couldn't help but have a reaction to Jane's beauty.

Not to talk of a male. Jane only laughed and said,“Stop exaggerating. I only took a shower.” She hurriedly changed into the best dress Elena already placed on the bed.

Just as she finished, the door opened and Joe ran in. Madam Jennie following him. “Joe honey, you should really learn how to knock before entering,” she told him.

“Oops! Sowwie,” Joe said in a cute voice and Madam Jennie laughed again. This naughty boy. He purposely pronounced the sorry like that.

“Jane! Jane! See my new pyjamas. It has a milk and black stripes. Grandma said I look like a cute little cow. Is it true?,” he asked.

Jane looked at him,“Grandma!?” Joe pointed at Madam Jennie and said,“Pretty aunt said I should call her grandma. See my tail.”

He turned around and shook his cute little butt at Jane making the tail attached to his pyjamas move. They all roared with laughter at his funny antic.

“Thank you ma. I'm forever grateful,” Jane told Madam Jennie. She only smiled and shook her head sideways indicating it's nothing. She looked at Jane's new dress and said,“You look pretty. And this little brother of yours is such a cute and adorable boy.”

Jane smiled and Joe looked at her with an expression that says,' She said I'm pretty.' Jane understood him well cause she glared at him in reply.

“You two should go to bed now. I'll take this cute little cow to his barn,” Madam Jennie said teasingly as she carried Joe. They waved goodnight to them and left the room.

“She is so kind. All this is like a dream,” Jane admitted. Elena only smiled and got into bed.

“Brother, welcome back. Please stop coming home so late or you might eventually give me a heart attack one of these days,” Ella told her brother.

Jack only smiled and he poked her cheeks as usual. “Guess what?,” he asked. “You got a job,” Ella answered and Jack frowned. She got so easily.

“Yes. Starting from tomorrow, I'll be working as a pizza delivery guy,” he announced happily but he didn't expect the sad expression that appeared on Ella's face.

“Why do you look so sad?,” he asked her. “Why should I be happy? You are a graduate. You should be working in a company not in restaurant. That to as a pizza delivery guy,” she told him pouting sadly.

Jack smiled and pat her head before saying,“You worry too much. This is also better than being unemployed. I am still waiting for reply from that company so don't worry too much, okay.”

Ella nodded and led him to the table. His dinner was already there. He devoured the food and as soon as he finished, he remembered that he forgot to check up on Anna.

“Oh God! I forgot to check on Anna!,” he exclaimed and Ella rolled her eyes. That b***h again! He quickly brought out his phone and looked for her number.

He tried calling but it kept on saying line busy. He tried over and over again until it dawned on him that she might be the one disconnecting his calls.

Well he will check up on her tomorrow since his job only starts late in the morning. He bade goodnight to Ella and went to bed.

The next day, he went to Anna's house on his way to work. As soon as he got there, he noticed a new car in her driveway. Feeling stunned at how pretty and expensive the car looks, he went to her driveway.

He looked at the car for a while and finally walked to her door. He knocked consecutively for a while until she finally came to the door.

As soon as she opened the door and saw him, she frowned clearly not expecting him to be the one as she kept on looking over his shoulder.

Jack looked stunned by her behaviour. “Are you expecting someone else?,” he asked her and she nodded.

“Why are you even here?,” she asked.

“Well, I'm here cause you have been avoiding me and ignoring all my calls. What's wrong Anna? What's happening to us?,” Jack asked.

“There is no us any more. So get that into your f*****g brain,” she retorted. Is she indirectly breaking up with him?
