Chapter Eighteen Helena watched Madra draw near with dread clenching her stomach. She was home. The noon sun hung above them as sailors took up their oars and the sails lowered. The once busy port of Madra now seemed… abandoned. It wasn’t a sight she’d ever thought to see. With no foreign vessels coming in and no Madran trading ships allowed to leave carrying goods, a sad aura sat over the place.
