"Cali?" Eliseo listened to Dennis's sarcastic jab, and for once, didn't fire right back. Dennis jabbed a finger at the baby in Leona's arms. "Cali, that's her nickname." Eliseo nodded, didn't step any closer, and turned straight back to his room. He was gone for a solid stretch before he finally reemerged.
