After the conversation with his father that night, Simon did not have difficulty making a choice. He seemed to have thought carefully about what his next actions and steps would be, until the decision to leave New York came to him. Rafael drove Simon to the airport a few days later, saying goodbye as he feared they wouldn't see each other again for a long time. "Take care, Basset."
