Eloise couldn't resist staying at home.
Just as the phone call with Phillip ended, Eloise quickly thought before she got up and got ready. Eloise finally rode her motorcycle to Cesca's house before ensuring Cesca was home for the holiday.
It was clear that Eloise wouldn't be able to stand being alone. Besides, she hadn't gotten any further information from Maggie, her sister-in-law. Eaton Campbell hadn't informed her either, so Eloise could only wait patiently and had no other options.
Cesca greeted Eloise at the door. Eloise put her motorcycle into the garage and parked it safely. Collapsing into Cesca's arms, Eloise was grateful she still had a best friend to confide in.
"Calm down." Cesca rubbed Eloise's back with gentle movements. "No matter what happens, everything will be okay."
