Saved by my Alpha Mates

3. Realization

Lillian's POV 

Mate, did I hear that right, it come from both of the tall Alphas behind Alpha Malcolm, could they be talking about me?  I don't have a wolf so I wouldn't feel a Mate bond right away but the smell and the feeling within me is enough to give me hope. I go to step forward when my Alpha steps toward me yelling, 

"I asked you a question! How dare you disrespect me by not answering! We will discuss what your punishment will be later after this meeting."

I bow my head back down before saying, yes Alpha, I hear another growl and glance up to see Alpha Malcolm raising his hand to hit me again but is pushed out of the way by one of the raven haired Alphas. I shrink in on myself as one raven haired Alpha holds back Alpha Malcolm and the other steps toward me. I'm trembling with fear and something else as the Alpha walking towards me say,

"My name is Emmett, are you alright Mate?"

I couldn't speak so I nodded my head, he called me his Mate, maybe this feeling is really our bond, he does smell of rain and forest but so does the other Alpha. Emmett raises his hand to touch my cheek where Alpha Malcolm and his son hit me this morning. I try to hold still but the pain is still bad and I whimper and pull away, then I hear a growl again and look up to see Emmett with anger in his eyes. I whimper again and bow my head, he must think I'm weak and doesn't want me, I feel tears run down my face at the thought I will be alone for ever. I feel a finger under my chin as its pushed up to meet his eyes, 

"I'm sorry that growl was not at you, it hurts me to see you hurt or in pain. My wolf is trying to push forward and I'm trying to keep him back." 

I hear more noise and growls coming from the other side of the room where Alpha Malcolm was pushed to. He's trying to get out of the other Alphas hold but is having a difficult time. He starts to yell at Emmett,

"Get away from her! She is my pack member she belongs to me! How dare you touch what is mine and disrespect me in my own pack house."

Emmett replies, " She does not belong to you, She is my Mate and I will not answer to you or anyone else. She will be leaving with us when we head back to our pack, I know there is still a meeting that must take place but I ask the other Alphas present if you are all alright with us postponing it for an hour so that my brother and I can attend to our Mate before we begin ?"

I look up and around the room to see other Alphas nod yes and I look to Emmett and then his brother who hasn't taken his eyes off of Alpha Malcolm. Emmett looks back to me before saying,

"Thank you Alphas for understanding, Omega would you mind leading the way to your room where my brother and I can check your face and have a conversation?"

I nod at Emmett and slowly start to walk toward the door with my head down and I feel the two Alphas fall in line behind me and I felt the presents of another person. I glanced behind and saw a shorter wolf with brown hair and blue eyes, he gave me a small smile and nod. Emmett and his brother growl low and the other wolf looked away and I felt ashamed at looking at another wolf in front of Emmett and his brother. We walk up the last flight of stairs to reach my room and with a deep breath I turn to Emmett and the other two before saying, 

"My room is small and not many places to sit, I'm sorry for its appearance because it is beneath the title of Alpha."

I open my door and step inside and held the door open for my Alphas and the other wolf with them. As they step inside I hear them both take a deep breath and I feel so ashamed to have them in such a place. Emmett must have seem the shame on my face because he walks to me and tells me not to worry. I nod with a small smile and wave toward the bed,

"Please sit Alphas and friend, I will be fine over here." 

I move the small distance to give them room to sit on the bed, it is only big enough to fit the two Alphas so the other wolf stands by the door and I go to sit on the floor in front of the bed. I look down at the floor to show my submission and wait for my Alphas to talk with me, peaking up from my lashes I can see that they both look angry and I whimper and pull my legs toward me. 

Emmett speaks first,

"I'm sorry again if we frighted you, we were just upset that you would sit on the floor. You are our Queen, our Luna and should never be sitting on the floor. Let me introduce you to my brother and twin Alpha Ender and our Beta Jamie, we run the Blood Moon Pack. I know there are some things said about our pack and I want to let you know that they are not true. Now that I have told you some things about us why don't you tell us your name my Queen."

I blush a little because no one has ever been this nice to me or called me any of these kind names and  it gave me a warm feeling that I never wanted to end. I look up at my two Alphas and their Beta and began with my name, 

"I'm Lillian Moonstone, I'm a orphan and have lived in the pack house for as long as I can remember. I was told I was brought here after my parents died."

Still holding my knees toward my chest I look my Alphas in the eye and I pray to the Goddess that they will not ask me any other questions about my treatment here. I was heard because the next questions where not about my treatment really but about my pain. This time it was Ender who spoke, 

"Lillian how is your cheek feeling? That is quite the bruise  you have it must hurt, did it happen recently?"

I nodded, " Yes Alpha, it happened this morning, it doesn't hurt to bad only when touched."

" I'm glade to hear it doesn't hurt to bad my Luna, are you hurt anywhere else or just your cheek?"

I hesitate because I don't want to show them, but I also don't want to lie to my Alphas. Emmett must see my mind working because he tells me they won't be mad at me, they just want to know if I needed to be seen by the pack doctor. I understand and nod my head again,

"Yes Alpha, I have other bruises." 

"Would you mind showing us my Luna?" Ender said in a calm voice

I stand from where I'm sitting and with shaky hands lift my shirt to reveal the bruises that cover my torso. Some made from this morning and others from days passed, I hear a sharp intake of breath from behind me where Beta Jamie is standing and low growls from both my Alphas. I quickly lower my shirt and lower my head in submission, I didn't want them angry with me and I wasn't sure what to do so I dropped to my knees and hugged myself while I shook. 

Ender jumped to his feet and quickly and walked to me and said, 

"I'm sorry my Luna, I'm so sorry that this has happened to you. We are not mad at you but the ones that have done this to you. We must get you to the pack doctor to make sure that nothing is broken. Please my Luna I must make sure your not to badly hurt."

The pleading in his voice made my heart hurt and swell with happiness, I nod my head and start to stand up and head out of the room. I had never been to the pack house Hospital before but I knew where it was. Once we arrived I walked inside and walked up to the front desk and greeted the receptionist who only looked and me with a snarl and told me I would have to wait. I bowed my head and turned to go sit when Ender walked up to her, she smiled and tried to introduce herself but he was having non of that before saying,

"I do not care who you are, I am Alpha Ender of Blood Moon pack and this is my Luna and she needs to see the Doctor right away. Get him now before I go back there and get him!"

I couldn't believe what Ender said to the receptionist, no one had ever done something like that for me before. The receptionist got up quickly to show us to a room and told us to wait for the doctor to arrive. Beta Jamie waited in the lobby while both Emmett and Ender came with me into the room, I sat on the bed while they stood against the wall as we waited for the doctor to arrive. I was nervous about what was going to happen, I didn't know what questions were going to be asked and I wasn't sure how much I wanted to say. Then there was a knock on the door and the doctor walked in, 

" Hi Alphas, Luna my name is Doctor Greystone, what brings you in today?"

Ender's POV

After I meat her eyes I felt such hope for our future and our pack, we had finally found our Mate and Luna, then I saw Alpha Malcolm raise his hand to hit my Mate after saying something to her. I moved with my Alpha speed and grabbed him and held him against the wall while Emmett walked over to our frightened Mate. Emmett raised his hand to touch the large bruise on her cheek which seems to have been made this morning, it covered the whole left side of her face and looked so deep purple against her creamy skin. She whimpered and I mind-linked Emmett, she is frightened brother this must not be her only injury you must approach with care. He talks with her before Alpha Malcolm opens his mouth to say something I couldn't help but growl in his face and my brother turns around to address him. After asking the other Alphas if they wouldn't mind waiting an hour so that we can attend to our Mate we leave to room and follow our Luna to her room. She glances at Jamie and my brother and I can't keep back to low growl that leaves our throats as we feel wave of jealousy, I see my Luna lower her head and I feel ashamed for making her scared again. 

Emmett mind-links me, brother she has been treated poorly for a long time she is fearful of us, we must be careful with how we talk with her. Do you think this is the omega that Jamie talked about who was being kept to clean and cook? Do you think the rumors are true about the abuse? I can smell Alpha Malcolm on her.

I don't look at him as I reply to him, I'm not sure brother but I think it might be, I'm concerned about how much abuse she has suffered. She must be strong to have  served as long as she has with that type of abuse, I can also smell Alpha Malcolm on her and it makes me  want to peel the skin from him for hurting her! 

 We have made it to the last flight of stairs and I can't imagine there is a room up her, I mind-link Jamie and let him know to keep close to make sure non of Stone River pack tries to corner us. My Luna addresses us about her room and a feel pain at the way she must live to be ashamed to show us. Walking in behind her we enter a very small room which holds only a small dirty mattress on the floor, a clock by it and a few small bags on the floor. There is also some cleaning supplies in the far corner of the room, as we all step in Jamie closes the door and my Luna tells us to sit on the bed. We sit and she moves to the floor and I growl because no Mate of mine should ever sit on the floor, but with the growl can the whimper and Emmett is the first to speak. As he calms her he introduces us and asks for her name. 

Her voice is the most beautiful thing I have ever heard and I almost miss the conversation they are having. I want to get to the matter at hand, the bruise on her face so I ask the first question about it and hope she gives me a honest answer. I can tell that the reply she gives is truthful so I ask my second question and I'm worried to hear the answer, the buries are not the only ones and I ask to see them in order to determine if she needs help from the doctor. As she stands and pulls at the hem of her overly worn shirt I am shocked by what I see and so is Jamie as he growls for the first time in anger for what has been done to his Luna. My sweet Luna is covered in new and old bruises, all over her torso, some deep purple and red while others are pale yellow. The pain and anger I feel comes to the surface and she submits to us again, I mind-link Emmett and Jamie, we need to get her to the pack doctor now! there is no telling what damage has been done, she could have internal bleeding or broken a ribs! 

She agrees to show us to the pack Hospital and we head that way, I'm lost in my thoughts as I know Emmett is as well. Walking inside the Hospital the receptionist tells my Luna she must wait and I can barely keep my wolf contended and I tell her who I am as she has the nerve to try and flirt with me in front of my Mate. After knowing who I am she is fearful and takes us to a room right away and some times I'm grateful for the rumors about our pack. Jamie waits in the lobby for he knows this will be a difficult meeting with the doctor but he doesn't want to be far from us or his Luna. My Luna sits on the bed while my brother and I sand by the wall waiting for the doctor to enter. Emmett mind-links me, what ever happens brother we must get her away from here and to our pack, I will not leave without her. I tell him I agree as the doctor walks into the room, 

"Hi Alphas, Luna, I'm Doctor Greystone, what brings you in today?"
