Chapter Nine“Miss Moffat!” I heard the voice as from a long distance away. “Miss Moffat!” Somebody was calling me, although I did not know who, or why. I lay still, wishing whoever it was would leave me in peace. I was quite comfortable lying still, watching through the green curtain of grass as the hunt galloped away.
