Shane was in the small kitchen in L.J's apartment making them some coffee, as he leans against the counter thinking of what happened the night before. That guy was harassing her, and he wasn't there to stop it. He wanted to break that guys skull when he found him doing that to L.J. All he wanted to do was protect her, and he felt like he failed that as well. He grabs the two cups filled with coffee and goes back to her bedroom.
"Morning L.J" He says as he sees her slowly waking up. He sets down the mugs and hugs her, giving her a gentle kiss on the cheek.
"How did you sleep?" He asks and sits down on the bed again.
"Great thanks" Is all she says.
"I am so sorry I didn't stay with you" She looks up at him and frowns.
"I left for a drink, none of this was your fault" She reassured
