L.J loved how easy it was to tell the boys about her new-found dream, but her parents were a different story.
"You are not going to study that crap and that is final!" Her mother was angry, livid that L.J didn't' want to become a lawyer like her and she felt angry herself. Why couldn't she follow a dream like a normal teen.
"I will pay for myself, you don't need to worry about that mother"
"I don't care it is not going to get you anywhere"
"It will I will make sure of it"
L.J left the house that day with a determined mindset and she made a promise to herself that she would make a name for herself in the fashion world and show her parents that they were wrong.
