I open Zach's apartment door, for the second time, that night. After Daniel left my house, I put on a nice black dress with a high heels, fixed my hair and went to his apartment, but it was empty.
So I went to After Dark, imagining he was working, but Jason, the bartender today, said that he, Rafe and Alan went out together a few hours ago. I decide to go back to his apartment and wait.
I light the lamp, leaving the room at half light. I go to the kitchen, pour some wine into a glass and lean against the countertop. As I drink, I think of him and the changes my life is going to go through.
