*Harper's POV*
Dawson and I separated momentarily, so he could discuss official business in his office with his dad, while I went and took a shower and a short nap after our extensive morning workout.
I woke up from my nap, went to the bathroom to splash some water on my face and put a light layer of makeup on before heading downstairs, towards the kitchen. I was taken aback when I saw almost everyone standing there, by the kitchen island, staring in my direction.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" They all shouted at once. My eyes were wide, surprised that everyone seemed to be standing there. I was so incredibly grateful at that moment that everyone took time out of their day to do something like that for ME, of all people.
